Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@lumierebeautybrand.com and we will investigate the issue with the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Address
